Amazing to place to join and as a Fresher, the training given will be the top core and by the best person from each process. Independent place to work and zero work pressure. If anybody looking to convert their job into a carrier this is the place to work with, we can see many people who work 5,10 and 15 years tenure, which is not so easy to see in any other company.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefit are so less comparing with the market value. Since their is no much work and job security they balance with the low pay. The person who is looking for a huge salary and money as first priority this company is not for you.

Bullying at work

There are my colleague 2 TLs , in office, they are always making fun of me and today when I slept for few minutes on desk as I was not feeling well they took my photo and making fun in meeting room stating are you still in sleep, I feel like crying not only for this but for any thing they will bring my name, try to plot me in meeting if I am not meeting any parameter, for them it's seems normal and cool but for me it is becoming unbearable
