• Hire and Fire • HR is so unprofessional that people resign just because of their behaviour • Discrimination is way high, if you are known to HR then only you can survive. • Completely labour class policies. • EL and CL are just for show, you cannot get approval for even half day leave, and you cannot get your EL in FNF. •FNF is provided after 45 days (sometimes), otherwise you will have to forget about it. • Technical Managers are non-technical. They got these designations as they all are personally known to HR. • Even the GM has 7 years of experience & the Engineers whom he command (without skills & knowledge) have 10-15 years of experience. • If you are right and well experienced for any specific technical work, then the managers will present your idea as their own in front of customers, & if you ask “WHY?” then you will get a reply that “I AM THE MANAGER”....Read More
