Cartalism and terminating people without solid grounds...just to bring in relatives and acquaintances of people in power. No manager to report to and give credibility to your work. They dont give you ownership of your work too.. The managers keep changing for some or the other reason and when they change they bring their own people on board putting the jobs of those inside in risk. No proper management of anything in place. No HR Threatening about not giving an experience or reference letter if we refuse to accept their instructions to resign...
