1) Appraisals are like very low 1% such a way, now a days our life expensive are gradually increasing but not salary due to this more pressuring towards financial status. 2) In company phone access are completely restricted in the way of safety, but we are missing emergency calls, for atleast in lunch break time need permission forphones. 3) Now a days children educations became so expensive so related to children education need some policy. 4) Medical insurance limit is not sufficient now a days so expecting more limit towards the medical insurance....Read More

The increment cycle is disappointing. While the company culture is generally positive, many Heads of Department (HODs) are either retired or nearing retirement. In maximum cases, retired individuals or those on extension make decisions regarding increments and career growth of company pay roll employee.

Very poor increment, safety is only for below manager peoples, safety is only for to expect lot of near miss reports, job security, very poor BD team, they have dnt knowledge abt how to sell our products, reliving period is too much.

1.Favourism by Senior person like AGM production or DGM production . 2.He is making situation like senior person has to report junior person. then how senior persons will work. 3.Who is giving resignation, retaining them give good salary immediately. But what about who is want continue Hikal? For them no values. 4.one person joined as Executive production now he is sr. Manager production. Within 10-12 years. He is only Bsc. By favourism. Now his salary is 17-18 lacs PA. 5.persons who works longer time don't have value. 6.Asst.manger/ Dy. manager production working in the shift duty. & Executive working in G shift. 7.Doing Leave With out pay of workers/ Executive/ Asst manager/ Dy. manager. Overall company is good but internal politics will sue you...lack of appreciation and appraisal.. Work and life balance will be affected.. Had a disgusting experience at hikal...been a victim of office politics....work hard and your credit will goes to some one...😞

In hikal I am learning many for thing. Like Advance Excel. Leader Shift training means Skill development is very good. And company culture is also good. Full supported from mangement for all activities we are perform. So Hikal best platform for me.
