I have working at Highlands for more than 7 years and overall my experience has been quite positive. The company culture promotes teamwork and innovation, which I appreciate. My tea is supportive and I've had several opportunities for professional development, such as sales training or workshops and many more. One aspect I enjoy is the flexible work-life balance; the management understands the importance of personal time, which has significantly contributed to my job satisfaction.

Dislikes

This is hard to say anything about which I don't like here.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Location matters for some people who belong to middle or south of India, but even though I'm from Pune, I worked efficiently in both WFH and WFO.

Highlands is a place where u can enhance yourself. There is a lot to learn here and execute. This company gives a good opportunity for creations of new ideas and implement them. Helpful Management/HR and the work culture here is really good.
