It is a product-based organization developing tools to be used by civil engineers. The products themselves are exciting to work on and you can see how they'll impact things on the ground. The company culture and work life balance are nice as well.

I believe Highlands is one of the best companies in every aspect, including work culture, career growth, salary, appraisals, and work-life balance. Location matters for some people who belong to middle or south of India, but even though I'm from Pune, I worked efficiently in both WFH and WFO.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
