I have worked as a Quality Analyst at Highlands Info Tech, Noida. I believe Highlands is one of the best companies in every aspect, including work culture, career growth, salary, appraisals, and work-life balance. The manager, AJ, is one of my most supportive managers, and all the team leads (RXY, HS, MKB, PSS, PKS, AJ, and KXG) are some of the best people I have met. They treat their employees like friends, not subordinates.

Dislikes

Location matters for some people who belong to middle or south of India, but even though I'm from Pune, I worked efficiently in both WFH and WFO.

Great exposure! Excellent work-life balance! Good salary and recognition! Team members are good and the direct involvement of the Engineering Director in your work will give you plenty of opportunities to showcase yourself and at the same time learn things from him.
