Likes

Nothing is good here. No learning, no carrier growth. Infact you forget what you learn from your previous company experience. Work culture is not supportive. Employee facilities are zero. No public and government holidays. No. Saturday off even not half day on Saturday.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
