I like Skill Development / Learning which is average in this company.

Dislikes

The workload is overwhelming, yet the salary is practically non-existent. There's constant pressure to handle unscheduled tasks, leaving no time for family or personal life. The most demotivating part is during promotions and appraisals when management fails to recognize or appreciate the hard work, especially when it matters the most.

Good company to work for long term. They provide good support and growth at the same time. Best company for freshers as they provide early opportunity to work with clients and live projects which will help you to grow faster. I have spent around 7 great years in Daffodil. Every company has area / scope of improvement but it depends how they are overcoming on their improvement side, I have seen Daffodil, doing all these things very well with the time. Their appraisal frequency and amount both are tremendous specially for the freshers, I do not think of any company where you can get such appraisals frequently. Although there will be some extra work load as fresher but that will also improve your learning and groom you to be on your best side. I have joined Daffodil as Fresher and I can say it was the best company to start my career where I got a lot of opportunities to work on latest technology of my domain. There is only one area where they can improve is with their Human Resource Manager. You will start facing issues when you start working with Junior Resources and start leading team. Once you train a candidate under you and think that he / she will take care of owner ship on that particular project where you trained him, then they will pull up the candidate without actually any intimation to you.
