Less hike that didn't seem to my growth of salary as I come from middle class family .I was not able to expect lot from that company
As I was working as a system admin on Linux and cloud platform it seems little tough to handle but I was taking it as challenging and working to the company.All things v do by using most of commands in Linux and I got chance to learn about AWS .

Working environment is toxic filled with discrimination with cast and city you belong . If you have talent there is no space for a knowledge you as staff they treat you as labour at onside field. Some heigher management team do scam by not providing essential thing like you should buy lan cable from then they will give money for that. The management displays clear favoritism, often making last-minute shift changes and denying requests for work-from-home or leave without proper reasons. In some cases, they include false claims in warning letters for reasons only they seem to understand. Contract workers face unfair treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes. When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery. Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms. While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues.
