The process which I worked for has very good points to learn about. Every order's had a different learning skills, also it was great experience working at Hewlett Packard we get many opportunities to come up with new ideas and make the process much more easier to handle we also had CSR ( customer support representative) to guide us in a long run.

Dislikes

There was a lot of stress where do we not find it, but also it was a great experience. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They also hire on contract basis but a good thing is that they also make them permanent if the employee is eligible to get Permanent.

Work Details

It was a great experience I personally have learnt many things how a MNC company should be handled. Handling the situation in a positive way maintaining the business upto the mark correcting the mistakes made before. How can we handle the customer's etc.

HPE has been a fantastic organization to work for, especially with its focus on open policies and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. However, given the highly specialized and segmented structure of teams, the scope to explore multiple technologies within a single role can be somewhat limited. Nothing much it's a place for people with no technical skill to settle and not for people who what to get good at the job or build a career on

They have corporate, plots to just not give you incentives even if you work hard, they judge you based on certification that can be obtained by outright cheating and not actual work you do

The management displays clear favoritism, often making last-minute shift changes and denying requests for work-from-home or leave without proper reasons. In some cases, they include false claims in warning letters for reasons only they seem to understand. Contract workers face unfair treatment unless they continually appease the managers to get what they need. Salary discrepancies are prevalent—favored employees receive higher pay for the same work, while others encounter issues during performance reviews and pay hikes. When we ask for work-from-home due to long commutes, we're told to take leave, only to later be criticized for taking too many days off. The inconsistency is frustrating. They also send formal emails for trivial matters, like stepping out to collect a food delivery. Speaking of food, the canteen offers very limited healthy options for night shift workers, with choices like instant noodles and white bread sandwiches, though the cook is good. Hygiene is another concern—there have been instances of worms in the water filters, and some employees do not maintain basic hygiene standards in the washrooms. While badged employees, especially those on their notice period, are often left unchecked for not working, contract workers—especially the quieter ones—face disproportionate scrutiny for minor issues. Overall a good company with impressive culture. There are a lot of opportunities for growth , given you have the hunger for growth. The company ‘s culture supports individual growth and I have witnessed people adhere to it. Overall a good place to work

Compensation in terms of money is less. But when you look at the bigger picture in terms of perks and other wellness benefits it’s good .
