Time waste, Experience waste No growth in career Wrong step in career. Waste lower side management. Full of erragadda second handed mall as Managers, they desides our increment and designations.

I would like to inform that I have successfully completed 6 years journey with Hetero family members. Thank you so much for great journey..from last 9 months suffer from change of management decisions..it's may be good ..but most of employees are not satisfied..I am extremely sorry for this statement.. finally thank you so much for hetero family members for giving this opportunity.

HRK Mahesh, Quality Director is the worst person. He doesn't have leadership skills. He will connect teams call in the night 22:00 hrs. Working till late hours mostly. He controls like owner of the company. He will disrespect everyone in the company. Company image is ruining because of him.
