After completion of my one month experience in Hetero, i tried to get off from it. But due 3 years of bond, I have wasted my 3 years of experience and growth in Hetero.

Time waste, Experience waste No growth in career Wrong step in career. Waste lower side management. Full of erragadda second handed mall as Managers, they desides our increment and designations.

I would like to inform that I have successfully completed 6 years journey with Hetero family members. Thank you so much for great journey..from last 9 months suffer from change of management decisions..it's may be good ..but most of employees are not satisfied..I am extremely sorry for this statement.. finally thank you so much for hetero family members for giving this opportunity.
