Hetero is good platform to work. Learning at Hetero is very good experience with respect to personal and professional experience. The people and the management is so good.

Dislikes

At Hetero I dislike that the higher cadre and the top management... They are very poor wrt.. Utilization of manpower and the resources they have. It's very hard to become as a good professional in Hetero.

Work Details

Frankly speaking I have to take the entire responsibility for manufacturing..Involvement in RM procurement and planning of production schedules and ensuring that up to date the documentation process..It's very challenging job and basically I love working

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
