Till 2016 this company was great in all terms. Company cared for their employees and had a great work culture with minimum work pressure. But things are not same after that.

Dislikes

Company started focusing on more micro management rather than the amount of effort and work done by the employees. Company has started illegally recovering money from those employees who resign. They do not give any reason for recovering just threaten the employee to repay the money or else legal action will be taken. They recover any amount without proper clarification and quote any silly reasons for recovery like excess leave used, etc. When questioned about the same, they don't even care to reply and give explanation....Read More

You will not learn which will be useful for your future. the work of here not get counted cz there is not map making company rather than here in mumbai. so the experience of Here is useless. No increment on every year.
