-mostly engagements are with foreign stakeholders so don't find the logic of asking to be in office mandatory 2 days a week. -More trainings should be there wrt the work

I have been working in this company since past 14 months. If you are in some framework team, then mostly there will be only support work. If you find a good team which is working on core algorithms of map making, then it's a great learning curve. They use latest tech-stack in most of the projects. Leaves are never declined by most managers.

Dislikes

Some seniors are not supportive, they don't want to share their knowledge with newcomers since it will demote their position. No initiative taken for employee's growth. Unpredictable hike.

Company is very good but people in the company are not good specially SME and manager's

In here company the team member has been misjudged based on SME's talk same thing happened in my case the manager terminated me while everything was happening No one understood my side, they terminated me against my will, but I humbly request you to consider my comments.
