I have been working in this company since past 14 months. If you are in some framework team, then mostly there will be only support work. If you find a good team which is working on core algorithms of map making, then it's a great learning curve. They use latest tech-stack in most of the projects. Leaves are never declined by most managers.
Some seniors are not supportive, they don't want to share their knowledge with newcomers since it will demote their position. No initiative taken for employee's growth. Unpredictable hike.

The promotion process is quite challenging. For JG7, candidates must go through interviews. For JG8 (Project Lead), the process is even more demanding - first, an interview with JG9 and if cleared, a rigorous annual program then again 2 rounds of interviews with JG10 & JG11. However, completing the program does not guarantee a promotion, as selections are based on business requirements. Beyond promotions, there are several management issues. Many managers lack essential project management skills, such as proactive communication, handling team queries and emotional intelligence. They often reach out to employees after office hours and work late into the night, setting an unhealthy work culture. Additionally, there is a noticeable misalignment in expectations between management and leadership. Workplace condition add to these challenges. The office nodal is poor and the food is equally disappointing. Production employees are expected to complete 7.5 hours daily and prolonged sitting has even led to spine related issues for some.
