The company claims to value diversity, but actions speak otherwise. The extended shifts without pay create an unhealthy work culture. It’s draining.

Dislikes

Benefits are minimal, and there’s no sense of loyalty from the company. I dread every interaction with management. They’re unapproachable and dismissive. I've seen too many good people walk out the door because of the poor management practices here.

There’s a constant state of panic due to poor planning and unrealistic deadlines.

The higher-ups only care about themselves. Your hard work and dedication will be ignored if they don't like you.

Dislikes

The training is a joke. They throw you into projects with zero support, then act surprised when you struggle. I was bullied by a senior leader, and HR turned a blind eye. It’s a hostile workplace.

The lack of communication leads to unnecessary stress and frustration. I thought I’d find a community here, but it feels more like a battleground. The constant drama is exhausting.

Dislikes

—they protect senior men and leave everyone else to deal with the fallout. Every time I turn around, there's a new policy that only benefits upper management. It’s frustrating and unfair. Frequent changes in direction without communication lead to confusion and frustration.

Toxic culture that stifles creativity and discourages collaboration.

Dislikes

Employees are treated like expendable resources. The lack of loyalty from the company is disheartening. I dread meetings because they rarely lead to productive outcomes. It’s just a waste of time.
