It’s disheartening to see how quickly contractors are let go without any notice or explanation. I've witnessed favoritism and a lack of transparency in promotions. Hard work is rarely rewarded here. Hard work goes unnoticed. Management fails to acknowledge even the smallest achievements, leaving employees feeling undervalued.
