Manager always yells at someone anytime, creating a toxic environment and causing headaches. You are forced to sign a contract preventing bad reviews before receiving an offer letter. Salary is determined based on family financial details, which are asked for. Phones are not allowed to increase productivity, which is inappropriate. Shift timing is 11 AM to 8 PM, but meetings and daily updates are scheduled after 8 PM, causing delays. Lunch time is very short, and using phones during lunch inside the office or pantry is not allowed. No focus on skill development; the environment promotes robotic work without growth. Working environment with 20-25 people is unfriendly; HRs, Supervisors, and Manager lecture you if you become friendly with colleagues....Read More
