There is nothing about liking working in this organisation, internal politics on peak. Only army of HRs operate the company. Client was good supportive, it's the Hitesh Jain and Aanchal Mishra who are culprits here

Dislikes

They made us sign the bind of two years and told us the client has also signed two years of agreement. But all of sudden client stops funding the project and terminated my whole team, in just a blink of eye.

I worked in this company more than 20 months. There are few old members taking advantage of there product knowledge. These old members tried to make unnecessary pressure on the new members even misbehaving some time as the knew the new member can't resign from the job because of bond. Hr and these old members coordinating with each other to put more and more pressure on the new members. Even in sot cases they fired some employees without any notice.
