Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They didn't pay me for the last 3 months i worked for them and very bad culture when comes to paying salary it never matched what they offered. Worst company I was associated with. My suggestion never work in this consultancy service company.

Salary Delay and no Salary for last month, no HR communication at all after you join at client location. No one to look after in case you are in any kind of trouble. There is no Job security. Pathetic experience.

Dislikes

They hire, deploy you at client location and forget. Their HR won't entertain any query. Finally you suffer from Job Security.
