Friendly environment. I've joined the company as a fresher. I was mentored at professional level. It was fun learning the work. All seniors are co-operative and were able to build food relationship with colleagues.

This company has strict working hours, As a fresher it is hard to follow. But that's fine because of the environment. We don't feel tired.

Technically speaking, Guradianlink has a super cool working atmosphere. Nice management. Good compensation, hikes, work life balance and colleagues everything is amazing.

Dislikes

You will work for more than the working hours mentioned, it is based on the project. But it is so rare.

Lots of micro-management by inexperienced managers. They run a product for the community, but do not listen to the community. A lot of community members threaten to file cases on their Discord and Telegram. Teams are laid off en mass. Company follows a reckless hire and fire policy. When I joined there were 300+ people working there, now almost 70-80% have been laid-off. I was laid-off without any notice or severance package. The HR is not reliable, they will ghost you on critical topics....Read More
