High on learning. Focused on quality over production. Smart ways of working instead of volume pushing. True end to end process. Great environment where people are supported in all aspects.

Company haven't grown in the past in the pace it should have but now it's growing. Very flat hierarchical structure.

This is a learning organization and focuses primarily on knowledge sharing, learning and development. Culture wise HSPL very good but it is little different than that of most other organisations. Each employee gets yearly appraisal and bonus

Dislikes

Sometimes things tend to be instructed. Infrastructure wise things can improve. Hierarchy shall be more transperant and visible.

Work Details

5 days a week job where you don't necessarily have to do any sort of wait back. There is classroom training plus OJT for all. Because more focus is on quality there is not too much pressure on production numbers.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
