I worked under a manager,,so can write only upon his way of working,, bhubneswar branch under aparajit dey used to hire candidates upon condition that new joining will have to work without offer letter, appointment letter and without pay ,even without identity card for 2 months, in this 2 month few left and few continued to for more 2 months i<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.e upto 4 month no pay,no offer letter, and without identity cards,,collecting files from market like customer pan card,sale deed of flat or plot purchase were not easy,, after collecting 8 files without identity card got my offer letter,and appointment letter after 4 months, and in this 4 months saw kot of sycophancy buttering,,existing employees growth was depend upon buttering,,,and after lot of follow up for salary i got old used company hdfc tshirt with words wash it and used,,so left company,, cannot say about other manager way of working,,</mark> May be only aparajit dey way of hiring was upon condition to work without offer letter and without salary,,...Read More

My life before hdfc sales pvt ltd was so good,working without salary made me to fall in credit and at the end of the month when was not getting offer letter that time lendors thought how it can be possible,company must be paying he is not returning,bad
