Regional Sales Manager East (Housing Finance)

Role & responsibilities-

1. Achieve budgets in terms of defined team strength at all levels, receipts, and disbursement in order to attain month on month team target / performance.

2. Review of Non-Performance and attrition in the team, Experian/Market report and responsible for new process implementation.

3. Manage various product mix such as BT, REACH, Non-Housing, small CF, land loan, self-construction loan

4. Strategy meeting with other verticals viz5 Financial Services, Credit, LMS

5. Responsible for JD implementation of all down-line hierarchies

6. Expansion of geography by identifying untapped market and geographies

7. Submission of market intelligence report to the management on a monthly basis and keeping abreast & network and share information with counter

8. Discipline

• RSM needs to maintain and observe discipline for all the locations
• POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy at work place),
• Time discipline Attendance of Hierarchy,
• Manage inter and intra department issues,
• Adhering to company process related HR, JD, SOPs.

9. HDFC related relationship with BD Team, BM and technical team.

• Deal with HDFC marketing: Attend monthly meeting if any with all data on project approvals pending, SSR, exposure reports. Follow up with marketing for pending project approval apart from pushing them during PAC and apart from following up with legal and technical.
• Submit schemes to HDFC marketing team and get approvals from them for all locations.
• Report problems at various developer counters through emails should business not be up to expectations which are HDFC CF relationships.
• Support HDFC branches with adequate manpower

10. Co-ordination with HR and Admin

a. Monthly review with the HR team on hiring, attrition, exit interview and one on one

b. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the offices

c. Monthly meeting with the Admin Officer

11. Manage Cost at a certain percentage of operation cost (Mortgages) for the branch set by the management

12. Ensure that monthly budgets are utilized monthly contest

13. Regular Source Visits to Top sources (Builder, BSA and Broker)

14. Travel planning to visit the offices of East.

This position will report to the ZSM

Preferred candidate profile- Should have strong interpersonal and team handling exposure and should have been working in a RSM position for at least last 5 years, and the total work experience of minimum 15 years in Mortgage/ Home loan industry in the Sales function at a Regional or zonal level. Graduate, MBA with minimum 18 years experience in a leadership position from the BFSI industry with vast exposure to mortgage and allied products.

The core responsibility will be to achieve all budgets and efficiency for geographies assigned by aligning the teams goals with the organizational goals by way of effective management with all verticals to provide a conducive work environment to all employees.
