HR Operations - Officer/Deputy Manager | Churchgate, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Releasing the offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts
• Employee Code generation, Email ids creation
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Handling the employee documentation process till on-boarding
• Joining formalities, ID card, System Id creation, Email access
• Managing and processing full and final settlement
• Medical Insurance

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of HR administration & knowledge of general HR related tasks preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to employee queries
• Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resource Management is required
• 6-10 years experience in HR Operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others
• Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
