Only work culture is good

The incentive and promotion is bad, even after you do business of more than 50-60L you are given less incentives based on the other criteria. There is no work life balance you need to reach branch by 9:10 sharp but your time to go home is not specified,sometimes during bank contest you may even go home by 12am also</mark>.The HR will never support you they only support the managers. Thr managers sometime fake documents to get policy get converted and you get trapped because of that and you can be terminated without any of your mistake....Read More

Salary and perks are pretty good. Company policy,self learning and development are well defined. Management is very supportive. Work life balance is pretty good.

Dislikes

Group insurance benefit quite less. It should be increased. Adding beneficiaries is quite costly. In health insurance part only two beneficiaries can be added. Apart from spouse and two children, two more beneficiaries should be allowed to add with some extra cost.

Favouritism of managers, partiality no respect for someone's hard work. Only buttering the boss will work here and everything is done here to do tick mark job no one thinks about permanent resolution everyone thinks about short term repair which atlast opens Pandora's box and again bosses blames employees for that. And bosses along with their favourite employees loves laughing at their team mates instead of supporting them and keeping them in front. I have worked for 4.5 yrs for the company but 4 yrs with Bandhan Bank channel and 6 month with hdfc Bank channel,these 6 months are worst phase n worst experience that I just never want to work with HDFC GROUP OF COMPANIES.
