Career opportunity in the same organisation for us is a bit difficult as training manager profile is being filled with employees from other organisations.

Work Details

It is really very challenging as we have to provide freshers with Ic38 pfc training mostly in areas where people are not very much frank and some of them are not at all computer friendly. So to make them such so that they could clear the exam is challenge

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
