Well, I was in here with a course pgpli (post graduate programme in life Insurance, from Upgrad, collaboration with HDFC Life, specifically recommend don't come with Pgpli or Smart achievers programme in here, these programs are just made for looting your hard earned money as well as your precious time, always come with direct recruitment process, as I am suffer from this programme and many are there in a queue who are struggling, because we have to pay our emi, so basically it's a trap so don't be in this trap..) programme, joined from April 2020 to February 2021,recently resigned just of having too much pressure, and specially i met with an accident and requested for medical leave of about 21 days but they didn't grant me paid leave, they putted me in a leave without pay, and on that time I have to pay my loan emi of this pgpli course, so it was getting very much difficult for me to work here, from the time, when i started my internship over here, i have seen and heard only one thing that bosses are very rude, they only need business, bosses treated like they are the md of company, they often used to say all the time that "it will be better, if you give resign to him'', if you not doing any business, like they are, who give you salary, so here they always treat you like a slave and, you can't get any lead or help from your manager, if you have caliber of doing oiling to your boss then this place is better, otherwise you will be out of the box, here your knowledge and skill doesn't matter, only matter is of doing business and oiling to your boss, so its better to judge your self first then join here, no doubt you will get salary on time here, if you recruited from direct way then you will get all types of leave, so its a good part over here, company is good, plans are really good but Managers are not up to the mark, last but not least I again want to request you guys don't go for any pgpli or smart achievers courses to get job here, because these are just trap....Read More

Courses like Pgpli and Smart achievers programme, because it's a big trap, if you won't like to job here, you can't plan to exit because you have to pay your loan amount, so you will be frustrated, so don't come here with these types of courses... And the big dislike part is Manager(l1,l2...).. And last but not least, here you will see lots of politics happens,so be careful of it..
