Culture is pathetic Seniors tend to push their juniors under the bus by taking 0 accountability They please their seniors by asking the juniors to leave Despite stats suggesting employee crunch they do the hiring only when they're on the burner Sr Mgmnt doesn't try to identify why their dept.is not doing well by sitting with the lower level employees Sr. VPs are on their own ego trips here

They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff.
