they put sales target even on operations employees. So much trainings are there which is irritating while performing daily tasks. Only job security is there.

Branch operations walo ka target sales walo se bhi jyada hota hai jo ki smjh nhi aata. Agency walo ka target jo special sales k liye hai, unka target operations walo ka half hai or No incentives if you complete your target. And they say to visit customers to complete your targets without any travelling reimbursement

Don't waste your time in insurance sakes if you are MBA fresher. There is no future in this industry. Minimum vacations not even on public holidays.. Very hectic work culture no personal life no vacation. Only work and pressure no matter how much business you have done

Work life balance is not suitable here. Overall 10 public holidays is only available and only Sunday's is Holidays. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.
