Management don’t consider the inputs of down line all though who has experience and underestimate with negative feedback always instead of motivating by positive words and the behaviour of the management people depends on the perception created by our reporting managers and don’t try to understand the basics needs. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
