Vast Products range is USP of the bank. Give weightag to each product. Due to brand name and product range easy to sell and easy to work with Bank. Learning and skills development opportunities are good. If you worked here at any profile you will learn a lot and shine day by day.

Here is no HR department. They never help you. Your immediate and super boss is everything. Appraisal and promotion policy are not transparent. Work life balance is Zero. Late sitting are common.

I like everything except not paying correct salary to the person who is responsible and complete their works even no good ratings

After done so much of business month on month Li activated and Fds values still not given good rating as they informed me tht they will give good rating.and salary hike but only 1200 increased in my salary nowadays we are not getting anything with 1200 I hope management should understand about the situation of all
