It's disgusting there is not particular shift for the person in the organisation will be putting you in any of the shift without taking concern of the employee there is no one to listen the employee myself got resigned in 6months only due to such issue and after resignation also there is so much issue in f and f calling the employeewhole night, till late midnight giving them false promises, false statements will be giving allowance for the late shift. The organisation is ridiculous in terms of money giving to the employee the organisation has not give me my incentive of 2 months, allowance of 45 days and more and in this I'm trying to contact the HR the HR is not responding only think how the organisation is this taking someone's hard earned money. It's my personal recommendation to everyone don't do ever go to this organisation. If one is not getting job anywhere then go here keep it the last thing in your list...Read More
