Nothing I don't even recognise even single positive point about HDFC Bank specially for employees. Trust me if you are not getting job that's fine wait for sometime but don't join this HDFC bank

Everything is dislike first of all please teach all the employees specially for senior manager management how to talk with employees loudly speaking and unwanted target is not the job of Branch manager, cluster head or Zonal Head. Please Ignore All the Bank job. See I am not giving any where feedback but I received email multiple times that's why I am sending.

As it's no 1 bank in India and a top brand so working here is a privilege. Also I am based out in my home town that's the 2nd reason and 3rd reason is I am working in my preferred deptt and job profile

Dislikes

Ratings, Bonuses and Promotions are purely based on how good is your relationship with the superiors and hr has no role in it technically. They just follow the instructions from line department.

Line managers are not good, full of politics and we need to listen to our boss even though he is wrong. Job satisfaction will not be their because of boss and their favourite boss team mates. Worked with many organisations but first time in my life history failed to work with HDFC Bank.

Bank has provided various staff benefits. It's a big banner to work people outside the bank greets with respect as we are working in a largest bank.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, no work life balance, seniors are not ready to accept the current working culture, they were using the old strategies to handle the staff.

Seriously nothing all Indian private banks have the highest attrition rate as cover to globally. No hr culture, there is office to join in morning but no time to go home. All means of communication is official for them. 4.5% annual increment

Dislikes

Everything There is no guidance for future growth, beg borrow steal. That’s the only motto, get the sales number high. Any person can come out of no where and give you target and make you realised you are worthless not justifying your salary.

Increments and promotions are only for those employees that are relative of the supervisors so I mean to say is that the working culture is very bad in that situation.

Good place to work as ease of doing business is satisfactory. Being the largest private sector land, you always have the upper hand on all products.

Terrible appraisal process, much worse rating system. Better to work some where else if decent appraisal is the main motive.
