Excessive work load, no work life balance, seniors are not ready to accept the current working culture, they were using the old strategies to handle the staff.

There is no work life balance. Work culture is very poor and toxic. Incremental and promotions are very less and that too on favouritism basis not on merits. They don’t know how to behave with female employees.

Here the mind set is that if any team member is leaving at 6 PM, then they'll be asked why are you leaving on time, whereas working on sat sun doesn't give you compo off. When asked they won't give proper answer and gives manager gives arrogant answers.

No proper managers hired who knows people management. Even senior management doesn't have people management skills.
