1. Future perspectives are good but there are very high pressure about workload. 2. One person is managing of 3 person's works. 3. Time frame is decided for work but workload is very high. 4. New commers are comming in high package as compared to old employees. 5. Average increment is 4.5% in a year which is not fair as compared to inflation rate. 6.Overall status is average.

Work life balance is poor, high workload pressure even asked to work on holidays by continuously posting whatsapp msg on group. Salary increment is minimal, no bonuses on diwali, not even a happieee diwali msg.
