After merger of HDFC ltd into Bank staffs life is like more than hell. People see you as working in top bank except that there no satisfaction.

Dislikes

Culture in HDFC Bank is worse. To get rid of Internal politics you'll required atleast 1 yr. Senior don't care about you they wants business and business only. Can't say more than this. That there's no guarantee of your promotion even after 5 yrs in organisation, if you're not spacial child of senior in the chair.

only business matters. no work life balance 12-13 hrs work no fair appraisal, your expcted to do 100 things in a day from hour long meeting to going out to peoples house to admin work only thing i was not asked to do was to clean the toilets

Except work regime, everything was good like good interior in office, good air condition, nice cafeteria, nice paint and art on walls, but no life for employees no flexibility in working. They may bring out humanity out of you and make you like themselves if you stay for a long time.

Work regime is worst no work-life balance culture just pushing for targets to employees.

Training, learning are good rest are not supportive. Cluster head and BMs are the mosquitos for every employee in Hdfc Bank.

As per the above rating.. Imagine the work life balance and your work environment in Hdfc Bank premises... Not me only... Can directly ask to any Hdfc branch banking employee... Those who are just suffering their life in Hdfc due to no other options. Even HR also doesn't support to employees when needed. Worst company experience in my whole life. 😒
