There is no work life balance, pressure is like hell, for eg if a person has achieved his tragtes then he will be asked for other pendency and vice versa

Bank is very organised in terms of process for customers and functions.

Dislikes

Bank has grown by 10x in last 10 years but salary growth is just average 5%. Supervisors feedback is only benchmark for promotion. HR doesnt support employees. Always takes side of business.
