Attendance and Leave Practices: While Pranpari has frequently advised the team to take leaves cautiously, his own attendance record raises serious concerns. He has taken extendedleaves, often citing family emergencies. However, upon investigation, it was found that these claims were unsubstantiated, leading to a perception of dishonesty and a lack of integrity. 2. Recognition Despite Absenteeism: Despite being absent for more than 15 days during the month was awarded the 'Star Employee of the Month.' This decision was perplexing and demotivating for the team, as it undermines the values of hard work and dedication we strive to uphold. 3. Work Contribution: Pran pari has not demonstrated a commitment to his responsibilities. His lack of involvement in key projects and failure to provide support to team members have created gaps in our workflow and accountability. 4. This Bank thinks out of the box. Amazing technology and creative in work. People will have different product of knowledge through various activity involved directly and indirectly.

Time for personal life is hard to get. Too much busy in work that you cannot skip even you sit at 8 pm
