This is the main problem with all the banks. WORKING HOURS. Working hour guidelines are not followed at any level.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

If u want to die with mental pressure then join hdfc No one knows how to do a task, huge targets multiple products no action plan no focus on product knowledge only 1 slogan give us money or resign worst place to work. Beanch manager says if u receive incentive give it to me, hdfc bank is a bunch of greedy bluffs goons

Learned lot of things, like bank culture products, training, experinece got from this bank will help me to get better place in this market

Not statisfied with the working culture created by branch head in the branch even after performing well in all parameter, getting harrased by the branch head on delievering numbers even after performing, and there is lot of politics in branch and the other people cant see growth of any one thats the reason i left that job

Holidays are satisfactory but again mandatory leaves are very less as compared to competitor banks

Work culture is horrible as they are giving load to a single person only. If you do work then will give you more work. If you are not working properly then they give very nominal work

Line managers are not good, full of politics and we need to listen to our boss even though he is wrong. Job satisfaction will not be their because of boss and their favourite boss team mates. Worked with many organisations but first time in my life history failed to work with HDFC Bank.

Arrogant manager with harsh speach and partiality with some people and appraisal for their beloved staffs only. I can't get the sick leave also. They treat me like a slave.
