I am working here since 2013.giving best of the performance from my side. Till 2018 I was being rewarded and appreciated for my work but suddenly management started humilating me and till time thrice they have changed my profile i am completely feeling dark for my career.

Need suggestion for betterment

I am 32, having experience of 7 years in working capital vertical, have been stuck in my present job due to family issues. It is really difficult for me to relocate to any other city and I am not getting enough response in my present location in the same vertical in other companies. Salary is really low (Present CTC is 4.01 L) and struggling to survive in daily life expenses. Kindly suggest.
