Too much work pressure across products along with mandatory processes to be followed which are not productive. Too many things to do within limited time. Bell curve kills your efforts, loyalty and dedication towards work and bank. appraisal and ratings.

Likes

There security of self as well as of job . In retail banking we get a family environment to work with , also we have celebrations at regular intervals . There is regular training given to staff to keep them updated

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisals are at the mercy of your seniors and not at your merits . There are the score cards which has maximum negative marks thereby eroding the performance of the entire year

My stint of almost 4.5 years that time was based out of the branch Kamala mills which was that time led by Faraaz Balsara , Pratima Kadam & Yayati Sawant.. they were the Real pillars of the Branch who had created such a great culture and team togetherness an even togetherness between the operations and the RM Team even after having the super top bosses just across the road. which to be very honest had never heard from any other branches throughout mumbai ....
