HDFC is such a place where if an employee was covid positive, he/she was made to feel that he/she shouldn't have survived it. they are harassed by supervisors like Danish Khan and no body helps you out. Although Danish himself doesnt know about anything RBB but still keeps an ego with his team members and makes sure that they leave the organization. Plus he has the support of his supervisor, Ms Deepa, who blindly trust this guy. Even if you are performing and doing things right and ethically, one might not be liked by these guys and you end up resigning. PS- If you resign they'll harass. If you stay again they'll harass. If you switch to new organization, people like Danish Khan will give a fake feedback due to which one might loose another job. Shame HDFC have people like Danish Khan and supervisor like Deepa who just want to boost their own EGO. It does not have any transparency on promotion criteria, no uniformity of salary structure, vintage staff are not given due pay , promotions. HR has no roles or say when any staff asks for any query or requirement but says at the discretion of Cluster heads who never encourages except only flattering is done.

As a bank it's great to work here but the management is very egoistic, they don't employee who does the work to grow but doesn't on their culture of bossing

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.
