I like the fact that we get to learn from the basic.

Dislikes

Behaviour of seniors and bank staffs, politics between bank staffs, always shouting and disrespecting and insulting if someone makes a mistake , specifically this is a woman oriented company and male bank staffs behaves very rudely with female SO or staffs or juniors specially in customer instruction team. There is no mental peace and if there is no mental peace then working in a company becomes very difficult. No appreciation for good work. No good appraisal or benefits....Read More
