Worst place to work. Credit Home loans dept is worst place to work. They don't let you live your life and their constant pressure affects your health mentally and physically.

This is the main problem with all the banks. WORKING HOURS. Working hour guidelines are not followed at any level.

If u want to die with mental pressure then join hdfc No one knows how to do a task, huge targets multiple products no action plan no focus on product knowledge only 1 slogan give us money or resign worst place to work. Beanch manager says if u receive incentive give it to me, hdfc bank is a bunch of greedy bluffs goons

Very bad experience overall 11 yrs,due to my personal problem I'm unable to change this workplace.Freshers are more capable n effective than experience staff that rule of this bank.salary also higher than experience staff but bank didn't give chance to old staff at minimum increase of salary old staff can do better .

Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues ....Read More

Work culture is poor. Expectations and unreasonable and turnover is extremely high. Very negative and training is minimal. Too many products. Incentive structure is hard to understand, getting incentive is very challenging.

One of the worst bank to work for initially i think bank is not bad but people in bank who is work for hdfc is bad i think they only care about their business only once they get their business they will act like they never know you. Everything, specially my cluster head Bhumesh Kumar, he is one of the worst person I ever met in Banking Industry. Does not have manners to speak with staff and uses abusive words. And always bully the employees.
