The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.

People are very supportive but as the bank is no1 bank and customer oriented, there will always be too much work on your plate. One has to learn to draw the line and communicate clearly to the management otherwise u will be dumped with more work everytime.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our isssue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
