I got offer from Infosys as associate consultant and currently working as Wealth manager for HDFC bank. Is job security there in Infosys?

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.

It was nice working and the whole staff was frendly help senior used to.support a lot I had a good experience in hdfc bank good work environment and culture.company policies are good.

Frankely speaking..worked more than 3yrs..its just use and throw company...HR policies are worst..HR s are working under managers so managers are kings in hdfc...If u join hdfc by heard brand outside iys totally dump...u loose ur life...top to bottom no operations only sales...morning onwards we have to beg the customers for FD RD accounts Cash LI ..u cant expect good life in hdfc..instead u wrkng here better to sit in home do meditation..its a jail im saying...they will torcher the employees like anything...Even u resign comes out they will wantedly do late for releiving letter..dont trust spoil ur life...Read More
