AS A BANK HDFC IS VERY GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER TOWARDS CLIENTS. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGEMENT,WHO NOT ABLE TO MANAGE OR HANDLE THE INTERNAL STAFF/EMPLOYEES

Dislikes

HR IS NEVER INTERACTING WITH EMPLOYEES...ATLEAST RANDOMLY. NO WORK LIFE IS BALANCED.

Work Details

HDFC IS NOT ABLE TO CONDUCT TRAINING SESSIONS TO THE EMPLOEES.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
